    【職位描述】 ? Oversee the smooth running of the Health Club on a day to day basis to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction. 每日確保健身中心正常運作,使客人滿意。 ? To develop and maintain a motivational working environment within the department and positive relations with other department. 創(chuàng)建有動力的工作環(huán)境,與其它部門保持良好的關系。 ? Attend training sessions/meetings as required. 按要求參加部門會議。 ? Ensure staffing is adequate for Health Club given the business flow daily through the hotel. 確保健身中心人員編制充足。 ? Conduct daily shift briefings and meetings and disseminate relevant information to the Associates. 舉行每日交接班會議,向員工傳達相關信息。 ? Ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that all follow up is completed timely. Anticipate guest needs and response in timely manner. 確保每一項客人滿意都達標,及時跟進客人需求。預見客人需求,及時回應。 ? Set up system of regular associate training and reporting. 建立員工培訓系統(tǒng)。 ? Undertake relevant administration duties regarding maintenance and housekeeping requests, annual and sick leave requisitions. 履行行政職責,例如,維護和清潔,年假和病假要求。 ? Maintain regular quality control inspections of department’s standards. 定期進行質量監(jiān)督檢查。 ? Responsible for communicating with the FO manager and with other department for their input and to keep all areas updated on all activities and functions offered to hotel guests and Health Club members. 負責與前廳部經理及其他部門關于健身中心進行溝通,并及時告知各部門有關健身中心的各項安排活動 ? To have knowledge of the hotel rooms, hotel services, relative facilities and Food and Beverage outlets. 對酒店的客房,酒店的服務, 相關設施和餐飲部門了解。 ? Ensure health and safety codes are implemented and oversee the personal hygiene and grooming standards of department associates. 確保安全規(guī)范得到應用并關注部門員工的個人衛(wèi)生儀表標準。 ? Ensure that purchase manuals are kept up to date and only approved items are purchased.Purchase order logs should be maintained. 及時更新采購手冊,只采購規(guī)定范圍內的物品,保留采購單。 ? Must achieve targeted number of memberships at the Health Club by suggestive selling and train the team for the same. 必須透過建議銷售及培訓團體達到健身俱樂部會員的目標數量。 ? Maintain and strive for high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining and promoting good Customer relations and developing guest focus in the recreation team. 通過與客人建立良好的關系,以客人為中心來爭取客人最佳滿意度。 ? Critiques the P&L statement for the Health Club. 評判健身中心的損益情況。 ? Establish and maintain departmental goals. 建立并維護部門目標。 ? Plan and implement the day-to-day operations for the Health Club. 計劃并實施健康中心的每日營運。 ? Be responsible for insuring that all associates receive there stipulated training and are competent in handling the job. Must train and motivate associates. 負責確保所有員工得到必要的培訓,并能勝任工作,培訓和激勵員工。 ? Be responsible for maintaining open and productive channels of communication within the department and ensuring the smooth flow of information. 負責維持一個部門內開放有效的交流渠道,并確保信息的流暢。 ? Be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the correct inventory of all assets of the department and controlling costs. 負責維持部門的物資庫存量并控制成本。 ? Have thorough knowledge of hotel fire regulations and policy, accident reports, safety with Being properly trained in these procedures. 了解酒店防火規(guī)范、事故報告、安全規(guī)范及其具體職責。負責員工的防火安全規(guī)范培訓。 ? Perform any other duties as assigned by the management. 完成運營上級主管交辦的其他任務。 【任職要求】 ? Demonstrated excellent Communication skill and counselling skill 優(yōu)秀的溝通及協(xié)調能力 ? Demonstrated strong interaction skill while serving customer 優(yōu)秀的客戶溝通及互動能力 ? Basic English, especially in oral English to communicate with customer smoothly. 能用英語與客人進行流利溝通 ? Fitness instructor certification 健身教練資格認證 ? First aid certification 急救資格認證 ? University graduate, or equivalent experience 大學本科或同等學歷 ? at least 2 year professional experience beyond the degree 至少兩年相關專業(yè)經驗 ? hotel working experience in similar five star international chain hotel 同等星級酒店工作經驗
